Brian James

My name is Brian James and I am a huge fan of country music. I was raised on George Jones, Hank Williams, Merle Haggard, Conway Twitty, Alan Jackson and the list goes on and on. I started as a blues/rock guitar player and then I was discovered by Kid Rock and hired to be the lead guitar player for Uncle Kracker. Since then, I have toured the country playing my own music. I am a singer/songwriter and have written and co-written songs with many incredible people. I have opened for bands such as Dustin Lynch, Parmalee, Colt Ford, David Nail, Brett Michaels, Jimmie Allen and many more. 

 

My goal as a country music artist is to make people feel something in some way. I feel that as a writer and a singer, that is our one job that we need to always follow through with. Country music is a healing mechanism for many and it simply soothes the heart with life stories. That is why I love it so so much.  

I also enjoy fishing and the game of cornhole. I became an ACL Pro in 2021 and made 2 national TV appearances on The USA National Team.

I am very patriotic and my brother who served in Afghanistan is and will always be my hero. I love my country no matter what and I will always stand up for what I feel is right. My motto has always been "Life is unfathomably short, so you gotta live it"
